Boston Great Hall
The Distinguished Alumni Awards ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the Massachusetts State House on April 17, 2008 and attended by more than 200 guests. The awards were established by the UMass Amherst Alumni Association to recognize the outstanding achievements of alumni, faculty, and special friends of the university.
